Then while at my moms the other weekend we noticed he'd been quiet and missing for a few minutes- I found him in the front room eating a gingerbread house my brother had made (sorry doug)

I don't know if you can tell or not but the snowman had bites out of the top and hadn't even been moved...

So we sent him out into the backyard to play and I went out to check on him a few minutes later and this was what he was doing...

He had been turning the water on and filling up cups= he was drenched! Good thing it was a lovely 70+ degrees that day...Then somehow he kept escaping from both the back yard and the house but luckily he only wanted to play on the side of the house with some ride on toys and didn't actually run away. I know I know- I just need to watch him more but this kid is crafty and quick!

Looks like you got your hands full with that one! You can't watch them every second or you'll drive yourself crazy!
Poor Nicole. But you should have let him eat it. It doesn't need to sit there in their house uneaten. I can't believe its still there at all, whole or otherwise.
He is stinkin' cute, he sounds like Truman.
I know what you mean! Cole is going through the same stage right now. We are having some serious 2 year old woes. Most of the time he is very sweet, but he needs to be watched closely!
I love the TP pictures. I think it's just too hard for a little kid to be good all the time because there are way too many tempting things to do all day.
That top picture is awesome!
