Life is Wonderful!
(I love this song! I especially love this live version when they add the "horns".)
This last week was nutso. I had preggo brain strike again and I left my diaper bag at the park after soccer practice on thurs and didnt' realize until the next afternoon. (Inside said bag had my wallet, my camera, and the only key to my car.) So needless to say I freaked and couldn't track down the bag- it wasn't there anymore- and I was freaked!!! After calling and cancelling all our cards and such and realizing that it would cost $200 to make a new key for our car and the $300 camera was gone I about lost it..... Then sat morn at the soccer game- a mom from the team we didn't know showed up with the bag!!! (Who knows why she didn't try to call us....) I'm just glad I got it back!!!!!
Anyways- also on Sat my amazing husband let me have a ME day. I went and got some stuff done and did some shopping at the mall and then went and got a pedicure with 4 of my gal pals and it was just a glorious day.
And I realized what a charmed life I lead. I desperately love my husband. I have 2 happy healthy studly boys, and a happy healthy lil girl on the way. I love my ward and friends and family and in laws. Dan's work is doing great- I can stay home with my kids and not think twice about buying groceries and things. My life really is wonderful!!!!! Just thought I'd share.
Count your blessings everyone- the world really is grand!!!

That was so sweet what you said about Dan. It kind of made me a little choked up- I can tell how genuine you are when you say that. You two are so cute.
I'm so glad your bag turned up- I'm sure that was a desperate feeling realizing it was gone.
One question though: if it had the only key to your car, how did you get home?!! :)
...okaaaay, this is really long...
i love this song. who is it that sings it?? it just relaxed me and i agree that we need to count our blessings.
Great song. I'm glad things are going so great for you guys. It makes me a bit worried that you'll never come back to Vegas though...
