So I have a bunch of super cute labor day pictures as well as some new Pace family pictures to blog about but I had something else come up that affected me deeply today. My sweet little sister (19 year old- I guess she's not so little anymore) had a friend she was really really close to in Vegas passed away today. Of course it's hit her really really hard and we've all be rallying to help her get through the blow.
But it hit me as it always does, how short this life can be. You never know when your time will come to be called home- so enjoy the moment. So today I hugged each of my kids extra hard and they each got an extra kiss before bed. I love those close to me sooo much that I hope I don't take a second for granted! And I hope none of you do either! So live for today because you never know how many tomorrows you have...
Sorry this post is kinda morbid- it's been one of those days... But I'm just letting you know how much I cherish my family and each of you and your sweet blogs :) !!!

How sad, That's so true though. I have some little vinyl quotes in my house that totally remind me of your post. They say "Enjoy the moment, for this moment is your life." The other one is "Cherish Yesterday, Dream Tomorrow, Live Today." Great words! Thanks for the reminder!
