Kara's 2nd Birthday!

Kara was soooo excited to turn 2 this year!

Kara's special day consisted of Brock and I taking her to a jumping place here in springville...

And then some cake and presents with the fam that night... Pretty low key...

But let me tell ya a lil about this pretty little lady!

(We got her these crowns for her birthday party and she wore them non-stop for like 3 weeks.)

She's a total ham! She loves to do fake laughs and cries to try and get a reaction out of us. She loves to play and tease and chase and is just a bundle of cuteness. Most of the time she'll run up and snuggle anybody- especially her aunts and uncles and grandparents. She sure has her moments though where her stubborn streak comes out and I just know I'm in for it with this one! But 90% of the time she is so chill and low key. She'll entertain herself for hours around the house- which is awesome. She loves anything with princesses. Her favorite toy right now are her little poly pocket princesses with the rubber dresses she takes on and off. She carries them around and feeds them and loves to have them in little lunch boxes or other carrying case things. She can be very busy though so sacrament meeting is usually a battle. But she loves nursery but can be kind of a bully- only when someone touches or looks at something Kara has at one point and time thought about playing with- so yeah- she's a punk I guess. :) Which is surprising cuz neither of the boys have been like that. She's the pickiest eater we've ever had but an angel at bedtimes and naptimes. She loves her brothers like you wouldn't believe. She had a bad dream the other night and woke up just bawling "Scotty and Bok bok all gone mama!" It was so sad. She loves loves loves her daddy! She's such a daddy's girl! And she sure has Dan wrapped around her little finger! Anyways- she's just our little princess is so many ways. I was terrified of having a girl at first but I am so smitten by this little bundle of cute attitude it's just so fun! I'd love for this new baby to be a girl so Kara would have a sister and I'd have a second girl to dote on but Kara has enough girliness to tide me over so I'm good either way!

Anyways- that's our terribly wonderful 2 year old!!!
