Scott's teeth!

Scott just keeps having issues with his teeth. He knocked one of his front teeth all the way back in when he was 2. We were able to push it back in place and it didn't even die or fall out luckily! Then had like 5 cavities last winter and that filling experience was a FIASCO!!! Then a month ago he biffed it on the playground hard and knocked the other front tooth back just enough that it's now behind his front bite if that makes sense so he's a little snaggle toothed but both top teeth are a little loose so I'm sure they'll both fall out in the next few months...

Then he had another cavity in Oct. and had to get that filled- but that went so smooth I swear I'm in love with our new dentist!!! They didn't knock him out this time- just used a little nitrous and didn't tell him when they were doing the shot and he didn't feel a thing and just watched TV on the ceiling and chilled. It was so great! He didn't even have any pain at all after. Like I said- I'm in love with our dentist!

But the dentist did say he has a pretty pronounced cross bite from all that thumb sucking (he was quite the thumb sucker (mostly at night) up until he was 5.) But the dentist suspects we have a long road of braces ahead of us. He thinks he looks like we should probably start looking into starting braces around 7 or 8! Awesome! Don't you love getting good news like that!
