We ended up with around 25 kids and only 3 leaders and one young woman! It was nuts! We had probably 5 babies under 1. Needless to say it was chaos!!!! Definately not doing that activity again unless we're sure more of our YW are coming!!!

Mormons are so cheap! I hope you used your $$ to go and get drinks afterwards...I'm sure you needed it! :)
oh, not a good sign! we are doing that same thing for a fund raiser! we have a few more y.w. then you though so i think we will be ok. oh and you think your ward is cheap we are only charging $2!!!!
