Ready for Picture overload??

I hope you said yes because here it comes....

So first off- like I said in the earlier post-- I love swimming pools! Needless to say me and the kids were in my parent's pool as much as was possible (Which it was really windy the first half of the week so it was a bummer but we were in all day saturday all most which was heaven!!!)

This is a pic of Kara's wrinkly toes after chillin in the spa for a long time...

And when we weren't in the pool we all wished we were. Brock actually just really wanted the duck and yes we were all standing there ready to grab him if he actually fell in which he never did... But it was funny to watch him kinda reach for it....

Then just a cute pic of Michelle and Scott on the waterfall on the pool. The slide is behind them built into the rock waterfall- yeah it's an awesome pool!!!! I keep telling Dan we need to have a pool someday... but he doesn't agree...

And this is the tramp that's built into the ground and my sister Kim and my brother Chris. Who play with my kids while we are there and so the kids just LOVE to go to Vegas to play with Kimmy and Chris!!!

So we went to the Discovery Museum one day with Dan's mom and sister, Katie, and her lil girl, Marie. It was a blast!!!

They had these cool water tables that we all played at for forever..

One of my fave parts was this hurricane simulator where the wind blows up to like almost 80 miles an hour around you... My kids were pretty brave and both just thought it was funny to be in there in the wind.
Scott went in with Dan's mom-- she was holding down her hair- it was pretty funny--- if you look close Scott's hair is going straight up!

And then Katie and I tried it- it was pretty funny!

This was a GIANT ball thing that I didn't get a good pic of but Brock played with this for a long time- it like vaccums up the balls when you put them in the hole and they go up to the ceiling and then come back down different pipes and trails and things... cool!

Then this was a pulley demonstration- one had 1 one had 2 and one had 3 pulleys so obviously the one with 3 was the easiest but Scott thought it was pretty neat to be hoisted up into the air...

Then being a Vegas museum there was this big mining room where they fill up the buckets with these foam shapes....
Then they put them in the buckets you see on the right and turn these different things to make the buckets drop the pieces down different mine shafts...

Dan's sis Katie was so fun- she was the Smith's "Manager" at the little store and trained Scott how to run the register and use the money. It was cool!
This is Marie and Brock checkin out all the neat-o stuff in the little store...
Then there was the bubble area- if you look close you can see there's a giant bubble wall in front of me...

And there was this big stage area with dress up clothes that the kids could put on plays and stuff- Scott put on Batman and showed off his Ninja skills! :)

And just a side note--- there was this truck next to me and I didn't get a clear pic but it had 2 bumper stickers right next to each other. The first sticker had a heart and said "I love strippers" the second had a heart and said "God is love." Hmmmmm=- I thought it was an odd combo of stickers....

And then there was this giant mural of the mona lisa on the back of a building by the museum we went to- it has her gambling at a card table with the Vegas strip behind her! Nice!

I have a few more I'm gonna post later- my camera died while uploading but I'll post them hopefully soon! :)
