1. I’m giddy about this candy bar! I have been in love with this candy bar quite a while but hadn't had one in a while (They only come in the uber-giant size and I always eat the whole thing so I try to refrain but holy crap they are soooo yummy!) Granted it doesn't hold a candle to a good box of See's truffles but at a dollar a giant bar it's def a winner in my book!
2. I’m giddy about this new store my sister introduced me to in Vegas! It's called Patty's Closet and it's in Egypt (like Rainbow and Blue Diamond) but it's really cute and really inexpensive (like nothing is over $30!) Most of it was a little too high fashion for my taste but I found some sweaters and a few shirts I liked!
3. I’m giddy about skateboarding! Dan got me a longboard for our first Valentine's Day together almost 7 years ago and we used to go longboarding in Summerlin in Vegas when we were newlyweds (I was always a super whimp!) but it hasn't seen the light of day in ages and I decided to break it out recently. I mostly just ride Brock on the front to take Scott to the bus stop but it's fun! I totally SUCK and fall off alot but it's really really fun!
4. I'm giddy about my dance class I'm taking. I totally suck and probably look like a frog in a blender and I have little to no coordination but it is a blast and a half! I love it and have a blast every week!
5. I’m giddy about fleece p.j.’s. They’re soft, they’re cuddly, they have foottsies. Love them!
6. I’m giddy about holiday's and spending time with family! Let me start by saying what and angel baby Kara is! She's just a gem! She's chill, she's cute, she does amazing on long car rides... I LOVE her! Pre-Kara we had two boys who often got cranky on long road trips, cranky about being not at home for a few days, cranky about not sleeping in their beds, just cranky. So vacations were not so much vacation as a little bit of hell at times. But now that the boys are older and our "baby" Kara is a gem this last vacation of a whole week in Vegas was AWESOME! I got to enjoy family time, got some shopping in with my diva little sis Michelle, and just enjoyed being in my home town! I usually complain about the back to back drives of Thanksgiving and Christmas but I actually can't wait to go back I had such a good time last week!
7. I’m giddy about Kara's hair! It's finally long enough to pull off little clips! And she leaves them in! She never liked having headbands on and would pull them off within 2 seconds! But she finally looks like a little girl with a little clip in her hair! I hope people will finally stop calling her a little boy! Oh- and she's taking steps now! Yay Kara!
8. I’m always giddy about Brock! I just love this kid. He makes me pull my hair out sometimes but dang if he isn't the cutest thing ever sometimes! I don't know what it is about him but I just want to eat him up!!!!! He can be the cutest little thing in the world! The way he bounces around sometimes when he's in a silly mood. How when he's "naughty" 90% of the time he's just got a serious case of the sillies! How he loves to give kisses and hugs and always wants to "bless the prayer" at meal times. He's just cute and I love him!
9. I'm giddy about Scott. He's growing up so fast! He's reading really well in Kindergarten. He's really a smart kid and loves to learn. He's so helpful with his siblings for the most part. He's getting taller (even though us Baldwins will always be midgets). He went with my parents to San Diego for the weekend while we were in Vegas and they said he was so well behaved and mature. (thanks mom and dad for taking him- he loved it!) He's just a cute smart sweet guy that I love to be around. Oh and he still has ROCK STAR taste in music. The latest favorite is the Beatles. His top 3 are "Yellow Submarine" "Oh Bla De Oh Bla Da" and "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds". It's fun to drive in the car again because we get to listen to cool music.
10. I'm always always giddy about my handsome, studly, sweet, sexy, funny husband! He's my rock! I seriously would lose it if not for him. He keeps me grounded and relaxed. He calms me down when I freak out about dumb things and is always awesomely awesome! And he makes me laugh! I really picked a winner with this one! He's my perfect match which is really saying something since I only knew him 2 weeks when we got engaged! He works hard and keeps us financially stable and then some. He's amazing and I love him!!!!!!! (His grandpa just got this sweet Model A and we took it out for a spin! It was really fun)

Nicole, I have the best idea for that symphony bar. I wish I could claim it as mine, but I owe it to a pampered chef. Buy a regular brownie mix, mix it as normal, pour only half of it in a 9/13 pan, then lay two or sometimes you can fit three giant size candy bars on top. Then put the rest of the mix on top. Bake a few minutes longer than normal, refrigerate for about 45 min and eat and eat and eat! it is the BEST!!!! (say that like Nacho Libre)
