Vegas for Spring Break!

That post title could mean some pretty wild adventures right?!  Well not when the participants are all under the age of 6!  But we did have some really good times on the Strip!

We played at the FAO Shwartz Toy store for a while- it's so not as cool as it was when I was younger.  So lame actually...  Almost NO toys out to play with, nobody doing cool demonstrations of the funner toys, no giant piano, nothin!  Just these magnetic animal parts you mix and match the boys played with for probably an hour straight.

Then we caught the show above the aquarium in the forum shops- it has robots fighting over Atlantis and fire and water and stuff- kinda cool- I'm not sure what Scott is so nervous about in this picture....

One of the highlights was the Mermaids! We went to the aquarium at the Silverton casino and they have a huge fish tank that Mermaids swim in every hour or two or something. Brock was smitten!!! He kept kissing her back when she'd blow him kisses! It was so cute!

Kara wasn't sure what she thought...

Scott kinda kept his distance- close but not too close... He wasn't scared he just wasn't sure about it- after words he kept asking me if she was a real mermaid or not but he was convinced she wasn't since she was wearing goggles... He's a thinker!

More fish...

We also caught the Ray feeding show- a man in a full scuba suit fed the rays- he had a full face mask with a micraphone in it so he talked to us while he did it- pretty neat-o.

It was Dan's dad's birthday while we were there and this is one of the only pics I caught of the festivities... (And Joan I'm not sure what you're doing but I sure snapped that at a funny moment for you... haha)

My parents backyard is Kid paradise! I giant playground, a giant sandbox, in the ground trampoline, and a huge swimming pool with a slide and spa. The kids loved it!!!

The day we left we went to the Discovery Museum with my parents and brother again...

This is my dad and the kids in the wind tunnel- it simulates a tornado- goes up to like wind speeds of like 80mph. Kara didn't love it but she just sat there for it- I was impressed.

Brock kept jumping in with random people- he was funny...

Kara thought the balls were fun!
