Holy 2 months!!

Molly hit the 8 week mark on wed! Holy cow that went by fast! Well in retrospect it seems fast, in the moments of crying, it was incredibly slow. But still, can you believe it's already been 2 months! Geez louise, I swear, you blink your eyes and life passes you by!!!

I have SO much blogging to catch up on. And I promise some day it will happen.

I feel like the newborn stage is like hitting a pause button on our lives. We don't go out much, we don't do much, I just sit on the couch most of the day feeding or burping or holding my sweet newborn. The house is such a wreck, the other kids don't get enough attention, and I feel like a bump on a log.

Slowly though life is getting back to moving again. I've started running again. The kids have been able to go outside so that has helped. Plus the 2 middle ones are in swim lessons twice a week. The baby is starting to sleep better and take better naps so I can run errands.

But with each new baby I go kinda crazy! :) lol. I go through this phase where I feel like I'm losing my identity or something. So with Scott I tried to go back to school but that didn't work out so I tried to train for a marathon. After Brock I did train and run a half marathon. After Kara I got my first "fancy" camera. Now with Molly I've signed up for a fancy photography workshop to learn more about me as a "photographer" and what my "style" is. Heehee. Really I just want to be able to document these precious baby days a little better...

Anyways= so now that I've got a "direction" or something- I feel much more like me again and am feeling ready to move past the newborn days. So life is really really good. The house is still a wreck but one thing at a time. :)

Here's 2 pictures for tonight.

This I took of her in her blessing dress- just to document the dress finally- 3 weeks after the actual blessing... oops.

And not that great of a picture- she was so not in the mood for pictures- but I think she looks so big in this one- she's growing up too fast for me. Sigh...
