Family Night...

We had a great monday night. We walked down to the pond and let the boys "fish" (they didn't have hooks on because #1 they always get injured or super tangled and #2 there's prob not any fish left)




And Kara was our lovely cheerleader. She was thoroughly enjoying her pear!




And it's so amazing to live so close to such beauty. I can't get over that we live literally a few hundred feet from all this. It's like 12 houses down from us!






After our walk we had root beer floats and then Dan got out the spotting scope so the boys could look at the moon. In scott's kindergarten class they take turns taking the pet elephant home and then they write a paper on what the elephant did with them. So Scott had me take a picture of Eddie looking through the telescope...





And one of the random perks of Dan being the boss of an auto wrecking yard is that he can drive home any sweet ride that anyone sells to him. This beauty only cost him $175. It was soooo clean inside and it smelled just like a sweet grandma. It was the biggest boat car ever but the kids LOVE going for joy rides around the neighborhood in random cars... And you may have seen people rolling around the neighborhood on the red scooter- aka Pukka! It's awesome!
