Yup- I jumped on the bandwagon of canning peaches. I only spent 3 hours and canned 60 peaches into 19 quart bottles and in exchange for all this felt a serene sense of accomplishment. Yes, I, Miss Un-domestic Goddess- canned peaches by hand. The jury is still out over whether or not I did it right as I won't know until tomorrow if I even sealed them right and then it'll be a few months until I crack open a jar down the road and know if per chance it is rancid that I failed... But for now- SUCCESS! Yay me!
In other news- I am huge! Yes I always get huge when I'm pregnant but I get asked if I'm like 6-7 months pregnant instead of my measly 4. But yeah- I wear this belly well! Haha! Good thing it's the grand finale! (I know I look super hot in this picture and am making a dead sexy face but try and keep comments of that respect to a minimum- I tend to get embarrassed... Thanks :) lol)

I think you did great. they looked good to me. I just did pears the other day and they suck you have to peel all of them with a peeler and it takes forever but they are good to eat.
