Catch up post LONG (with pictures...)

Well- life has been busy but not supremely eventful. Nothing really super out of the ordinary.

Well Brock has to get his tonsils out in the morning. I'm so tense about it but so happy for him. I HATE mine and wish I would have gotten mine out ages ago... But I digress. Brock has serious snoring issues and sleep apnea plus they're always HUGE. So it's good but I'm still freaked but he's a stud and I'm sure he'll bounce right back! Wish us luck!!

Just some old catch up items.

I totally forgot to post pictures from my friends Jeanne-Marie's bday party a while back. I have issues with going extreme on the dressing up. It was a surprise karaoke party and I was the only one with dyed hair. I felt a little embarassed... for everyone else of course- because they all probably felt bad they didn't look as cool as I did. But they survived... And it was an awesome party!

So we have this problem in our front yard. I think it was once considered a garden area but it has taken on an insane life and mind of its own... I will post pictures later but it's intense! So we ripped out one section (not even a third of the mess) and paved it. I LOVE not having the chaos there and the extra parking is a huge bonus!

Brock's first day of preschool. He was so excited and he has the cutest teacher. He's loving it!

Next we have a trip to Beaver I never blogged about- mostly because I didn't take hardly any pictures. We got some cheapo squirt guns at the dollar store for entertainment and Kara figured out how to squirt them. But she could only do it with her thumb on the trigger which made her point the water straight into her face. But she was very dilligent in pulling that trigger- even though it got all up in her eyes and drenched her. Brock thought it was funny but was smart enough to try it with some goggles...

We went up to Heber a few weekends ago and visited his great uncle Gary. They have a few horses and the kids thought it was soooo neat.

(I love this picture. Kara is so happy and Dan is pushing back her hair and you can just tell he adores his baby girl. Love it!)

(And hello?! How much cuter does it get- Brock is holding out his arms and Kara is running to him!! Priceless!!)

Scott had a field trip that Brock Kara and I tagged along on. We went to the big red barn in Santaquin and went on a hayride and went apple picking. Scott was kinda allergic to the hay but he still had a great time...

My parents were at our house this last weekend and the boys helped my mom make some cinnamon rolls! Mmmm.
