So for me- trying to take good pictures of my 3 kiddos by myself is somewhere bordering on impossible... Kara's nursery teacher told me the other day that she tried to take a picture of Kara, and Kara would not under any circumstances look at the camera. The teacher said, I know you take pictures of her- doesn't she know to look at the camera. I laughed because with my kids they either run away when they see the camera come out, refuse to look at the camera, or pull the worst fake smile you ever saw...
So I didn't have very high expectations when I took them up the canyon yesterday and was happily surprised to get some half decent ones...
While most of the pictures looked more like this....
I did get a few that looked a little more like this... (and there are even more like this on my picture blog... link on the right)

Your photos turn out a lot better than mine. After about 2 pictures my kids give up and start screaming. Then I only end up with about 6 to choose from and they aren't that good. I also have the problem with the goofy smiles.

those ended up turning out sooo cute!!!! i love them. it just makes me think of life with three kids, you so are not going to get a picture of them all looking at you especially all by yourself! kudos for the end result. you got lots of cute ones.
