From crazy busy to crappy colds!

So October was a whirlwind of busy-ness for me. We had Brock's birthday followed 2 weeks later by Kara's birthday followed by an avalanche of school Halloween parties, ward parties, friend parties and Halloween itself. I was crazy busy the week leading up to Halloween hence no pictures. Starting on Halloween Dan and I came down with a head colds that slowly got worse. Dan's turned into pneumonia, I still have the same cold that won't leave which is now mild Bronchitis which I'm on antibiotics for, Kara has what the dr. called Bronchiolitis (sounds like a baby version of bronchitis to me) and the boys just have mild coughs. But still- we've been home bound and sick as dogs the past 2 weeks which has not been fun. Which is why I haven't updated anything since I have rarely made it off the couch since October :)

So since my house is a wreck (seriously- it's scary) and my kids are watching way too much TV (like nonstop for 2 weeks! I know it's awful) I rarely hop online. So here's your update for now. We're all slowly recovering from our colds so hopefully I'll have a huge recap of pictures and stories coming soon.... We're leaving for Vegas tonight for a funeral so the update will wait until next week... (but don't hold your breath though- because Thanksgiving is just around the corner and next week is gearing up to be busy!) Oh the bummer of the fact that Holiday Season and Cold and Flu Season walk hand in hand! UGH!
