But despite my anxiety attacks that I kept to myself- Scott was soooooo excited! As soon as he got up and was coming down stairs he started yelling "WOO HOO!!! First Day of School!!!!" He was superhero'd out with Hulk Backpack, Spiderman shirt, and Power Ranger shoes. Everything went excellent and he even got to bring home the class elephant (stuffed animal) for an overnight adventure. (Since Baldwin was the first on the class list.) The bus was a breeze and he just kept talking about how fast the bus went.
Brock was of course devastated that he didn't get to go with Scotty but after a little bit he got over it and enjoyed some one on one time with mommy.
The funny comment of the day... I sent some markers with him in his back pack. They were not the name brand crayola the teacher asked for so I didn't submit them with the other supplies but Scott said the teacher got in his bag and took them. He looked at me with a serious face and said "She didn't even say please!" It was hilarious!
Anyways- here's some pics of him and some buddies waiting for the bus. Aren't they handsome!

I can't believe I have a kid old enough to be in school too! It's crazy!
I love that last picture of Scott from the bus window. I think I will cry when Macie heads to school!
So cute! I love the bus picture. Tender!
Way to go Scott. I know it is so hard to let them go off like that. Is he all day or 1/2? You got some great pics in there.
so I lied, I did see this the other day... what was I thinking? I'm losing my marbles!
Looks like Scott had fun! He's such a good kid!
Congrats!
Kaiden had his Open House for Pre-K on Thur and I was almost in tears walking down the hall with him to his class! His first day will be determined by Gustav!
But Scott looks so cute with all his budddies and I even got a little emotional seeing him on that big school bus just thinking of my kids one day! Time goes by way too fast!
