A Day....

So do you ever have on of those days where you didn't get enough sleep, you didn't get much done, everyone hated the dinner you made, your house was dirty at the end of the day, but it was still an excellent day and you go to bed just beaming!  No reason- the stars just must have aligned in the right house or something weird and you just are so thankful for your blessings and your life and even though things aren't as they could be, it's still spectacular!!!  Well that's how I felt last night.  Surrounded by a messy house and dirty dishes I just looked around and was so happy to be the mom of my kids and the wife of my husband.  I had seen a few of my favorite people that day (besides my 4 lovely house mates of course!).  My husband and I shared a big refreshing belly laugh...  It was just a great day!   So thanks for being one of my friends whoever you are reading this. 

Oh oh-  And then this morning Brock came down the stairs and it just started this morning out sooooo awesomely fantastically!  You'll have to just wait in suspense for that picture!  It was just too funny to me this morning for some reason...  Good times!!!

Oh in other news...  Kara is growing up too fast.  No she's still not saying a single word and she only has 6 teeth, but she finally mastered the walking thing and even tries to run and it's sooo cute but so sad because my baby is growing up!!  It's getting more sad every time one of my kids hits a milestone because it's just one of those moments you know you'll never get back and it's sad to leave those precious baby years behind!!!  And no I still haven't caught a decent picture of her walking--  it's my new mission....

Oh and speaking of babies,  I forgot what a huge WUSS I was when it comes to needles!  I had strep throat and opted for the shot because they don't give the yummy pink bubble gum medicine to adults- you get pills instead.  Sad huh?!  Anyways- the shot hurt sooooo bad I swear I almost cried-  I'm such a baby about shots...  ugh I just hate needles!!!  Anyways- my butt is still sore in case you were wondering and I got the shot on monday= yup I'm a total wuss.  I'm gonna beg for the pink medicine next time!!

Anyways- pictures will be coming soon- well maybe next week- I've been busy being sick so everything is lagging behind, especially the house work!!!  Ugh- did I mention I HATE housework!  UGH UGH UGH!  But I love my house so I guess it evens out somehow.......  (I just keep telling myself, someday I'll have a maid!  Even if it is when my kids are old enough and I make them my slave labor, someday.........  just kidding)

Oh and Dan's fingers are doing GREAT- like almost 100% healed, it's crazy but we're not complaining!
