One of those days

So my oldest needs to go back to school or something because he and his brother have been on one these past few days!  This morning they have been like cats and dogs!  But they each have made some very funny comments...

We were eating oranges and Brock took the rind of the leftover orange and put it above his lip and said 

"Look mom a Beet!"

Me: "A what?"

B: "A Beet! Like Santa's Beet!"

Me: "Oh you mean a beard?  Well the part that's under your nose is a mustache. The chin part is the beard."

B: (looking at me concerned and confused- then he brightened and said) "I like to call it beards= so this is my beet beard!"  

(Silly kid)

Then Scott was playing the Wii Fit and tested his weight and it said he'd lost 2 pounds since the last time he played and that shocked me (I mean 2 pounds is like 5% of his total body weight to lose in 1 day) and I said laughing "Geez you need to eat more kiddo."  Scott started sobbing and wouldn't talk to me.  Finally I got him to tell me why he was so upset.  Scott finally said "It means I'm not strong anymore!"  He thought how much you weighed meant how strong you are and that he had lost all his strength.  It took some explaining but I think he understands it a little better now- but it was kinda funny- he really wants to be super strong!  

There were some other ones I can't remember now and I'll have to add later- mommy brain....
