So for those of you unaquainted with Zumba, according to wikipedia:
ZUMBA is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. It was founded by Miami-based dancer and choreographer Alberto 'Beto' Perez and two local entrepreneurs: Alberto Perlman and Alberto Aghion. Zumba sells DVDs/videos through its website and via infomercials. Millions of DVDs have been sold in over 30 countries. Zumba currently has over 25,000 instructors worldwide. On October 15, 2007 Zumba was showcased on the Today Show.
The best way I would describe it is a shake your booty, exercise class with a little salsa/latin dance feel. I swear I feel like I'm at a club almost with all the boob shaking and body rolls and what not. I LOVE it! It's such an intense work out and it's all about how intense you want to go. Like the more you roll your hips and such the more intense it is. It's soooooo fun!!! My neighbor introduced me to it and I'm hooked. Apparently though it's only as good as the instructor and Thursday night at 8 at the Legacy Center we got one of the good ones! We do the same song as in the video at the top with some of the moves the same... Good times! Good times!!!

Next week I am expecting a tape of you doing it!! Looks like it may take a little more coordination than I have got. Looks like fun though.

That looks like so much fun. Just hearing the music I wanted to get up and dance. I'll have to check to see if there's a class around here, when I'm not late for work!

Ok Zumba does look super fun, if I ever get a pass I will for sure go! And to answer your question about my wedding dress. I just had to make sure it still fit!! Plus I love it!!!
