My little creative artist!

No that's not blood and yes that is my kitchen floor....

Yup- that's strawberry syrup art! My 2 year old discovered a new medium through which to show off his artistic side! I'd like to say I'm so proud of him exploring his artistic personality but really- it was quite the royal pain in my heinnie to clean up a whole bottle of strawberry syrup... But it was kinda cool.

Note the use of swirls and blobs ad patterns- he's got quite the artistic touch don't you think?!

Earlier that day he poured a cup of water on the ground for no reason and told me it looked like a dinosaur! I was so proud of his "eye" for art even in a puddle of water on the floor! (Really you ask- NO- not really- I told him to grab a rag and clean up his mess- he then proceeded to find 2 more cups of water and make even more "dinos" on my floor. )

He's funny little stinker.

Looks like we are going through the same 2 year old trials! I forget that our boys are so close in age. He may have a career in the arts later in life. At least he's learned early what he wants to do! He's focused.

That's awesome. I think you could get away with a lot more messes if they were done in the name of art.:) I should try it and see what Devin says. :)

You sure have your hands full with that one! He seems like such a funny kid...even if you want to pull your hair out and scream first!

Oh my gosh I was almost afraid to scroll down after I saw that top picture. I'm so glad it's only jelly. Well, not SO glad, because I know you had to clean it up, but still. Looks like Brock is having a great time :) Great pictures. I love how you shoot from all different angles. Wow, listen to me. I sound like I know what I'm talking about! I just like your pictures, however you take them I think they're awesome.
