Scott's Preschool Graduation

Yup I have to do a proud mommy post on this one. Not because I think my son has accomplished something spectacular but because I guess this qualifies as a milestone... Scott had his preschool graduation a few weeks and I'm just getting around to posting this.

Anyways- my studly friend Karli was Scott's preschool teacher and he loved it! (Of course it helps that it was basically an all boy class and they all played Ninja Turtles and Transformers a little each day) But he had a great time and learned some seriously cool songs which they all preformed at graduation.

A little gem he picked up kinda from preschool... Here's our conversation...
Me: What did you learn in school today?
Scott: Tendency is dirty mom.
I had him repeat this 20 times and still had no idea what he was saying...
Me: How do you know that this person is dirty?
Scott: Because we sing about it in our song in preschool.
Me: Can you sing me the song.
Scott: (singing) Maryland and Delaware and Washing"tendency" (Washington D.C.)- See tendency is dirty mom.

Hmmmm- funny how little kids pick up funny things ....

Anyways- Karli gave the kids diplomas with an award for being something special at school. Scott's was "Best Joke Teller" His joke he got to tell at Graduation...

"Why did the Chicken cross the road? To eat a bum."

Yes we are very proud of our comic genius... :)
